Super proud of Coach Dean who recently achieved his CrossFit Level 2 Trainer at the seminar we hosted earlier in November.

Coach Dean started with us in September of 2020 and has been a great addition to our coaching staff and community.  When not coaching or working out, you can find him hanging out and maybe camping with his wife, Sam and dog Liam!
