We are very proud of Coach Britt who recently achieved her CrossFit Level 2 Trainer at the seminar we hosted in November. Coach Britt started with us in 2017 and can always be counted on for a warm smile and encouraging word – she is an asset to our community! You can regularly find her coaching Saturday morning Shred or hanging with her dog.

We hosted two birthday workouts in November to celebrate our TEN year birthday! 6 November we did the 10 Years Strong 1.0 and on 27 November we did Ten Years Strong 2.0 – we got to catch up with some familiar faces and appreciate everyone’s support this month!

Super proud of Coach Dean who recently achieved his CrossFit Level 2 Trainer at the seminar we hosted earlier in November. Coach Dean started with us in September of 2020 and has been a great addition to our coaching staff and community.  When not coaching or working out, you can find him hanging out and maybe camping with his wife, Sam and dog Liam!

We opened our doors in Windsor Locks in November of 2012, marking this month our TENTH year in business!
